SRA Innovate events in 2024
This year our free innovation events took place in Manchester and Leicester. Panel discussions focussed on opportunities, potential benefits and pitfalls of adopting AI in the legal profession.
Innovate at Legal Geek
We are attending both UK Legal Geek events in 2024. In June we joined 1,000 SME and mid-size law firms for Legal Geek Growth, presenting on the main stage. We will also be at Legal Geek's two-day conference in October.

Solving legal issues through technology
The latest funding grant from the Regulators’ Pioneer Fund (RPF) will explore how online dispute resolution can help tackle the unmet legal need of individuals, consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises. In a push to make the UK the world's most innovative economy, the RPF was launched back in 2018 by the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy. The RPF gave regulators and local authorities grants to speed up innovation in their respective areas.
SRA secures grant to develop dispute resolution approaches
We have been awarded a grant from the latest round of the Regulators Pioneer Fund (RPF). The money will fund a project to explore ways to increase the use of technology-enabled dispute resolution to help individuals and businesses resolve legal issues, without the need to go to court.
